International Shipping
We aim to deliver your order quickly and reliably. Below you’ll find details on our shipping process, timelines, and coverage.
Shipping Availability
We ship to over 150 countries globally. To check if we ship to your country, proceed to checkout and fill in your shipping info. This will show cost and availability for your country.
Shipping Costs
International shipping fees reflect our historical handling and delivery expenses based on the size and weight of the product.
Import Duties & Taxes
- Any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees are not included at checkout.
- These charges must be paid by the recipient and are the full responsibility of the customer. Please watch for communications from the carrier companies.
- Refusal to pay may result in shipment refusal, without refunds or replacement.
Delivery Times
Expect international delivery in 5–15 business days, subject to delays during high traffic periods.

General Shipping Info

Order Processing
- Orders placed before 11:00 AM CST are typically processed the same business day.
- Orders placed after that time are processed the next business day.
- Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
- Tracking information may take up to 40 hours to update.
Address Changes
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
- Once an order has shipped, we cannot make changes. For updates, please contact the carrier directly.
Undeliverable Packages
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to pick up, we will issue a refund for the product cost (excluding cost of shipping charged by carriers).
- Customers are responsible for reshipping fees if the order is requested again.
Delays and Exceptions
- We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or events outside of our control.
