Refund policy

We want you to love your Halo Ball purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it right. Please review the following guidelines for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Return Eligibility

  • Items may be returned within 60 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused or show little to no signs of use.
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage from use, or alteration are not eligible.

Damaged or Missing Parts

  • If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
  • Damaged parts will be replaced at no cost. Missing parts will be shipped promptly after review.
  • Damage caused by over-inflation, misuse, or improper setup is not covered.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

How to Start a Return
