Returns + Replacement Guide

#1 You receive damaged parts
If your item arrives damaged, it will be replaced free of charge. Please send proof of damage to firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of receiving the item to verify.
#2 Your parts become damaged through use
If your item becomes damaged after use, it will not be replaced free of charge. Every item is quality tested and built to withstand multiple years of use. Please take note: the ball may become damaged through over inflation and the tree protector may become damaged if use improperly.
#3 Your set comes with missing parts
If your order arrives with missing parts, they will be replaced free of charge. Please send an email to email@example.com containing the item number attached to the box/bag and what's missing. All packing of our sets are recorded and will be reviewed to confirm the missing parts.
#4 You want to return an unused item or set
Good news! We offer full refund returns for all of our items, including the Halo Ball Set. Your return must take place within 45 days of original purchase and the item must be completely unused. Please send your return to 1116 Otis Place, Northbrook, IL 60062, United States. We do not provide pre-made shipping labels. Email firstname.lastname@example.org stating that your are making a return and attach your order number. The full refund will be applied upon receipt and will process within 3-7 days.
#5 You want to return a used item or set
We do not offer returns for items that have been used. If you take off plastic wrappings, but do not set up the Halo Ball Set you may see the section above for an unused return. Used items that are sent back will not be used towards applying a refund for your order.
U.S. Shipping Guide
We make shipping easy... real easy.
When your order will ship:
Your order will ship on the same day if ordered before 11:00 am central standard time on a weekday. Orders placed after that time will ship on the next business day.
Tracking Your Order:
Once your order has been sent out, you will receive a tracking number via email. There may be up to a 24 hour delay between shipment and receipt of tracking.
Estimated delivery time:
For U.S shipments, the estimated delivery time is 3-6 days. During busy seasons, there may be slight delays and we appreciate your patience navigating through such occurrences.
Didn't receive your order:
If you have not received your U.S order within 8 days and tracking is showing no estimated delivery time, please email us at email@example.com and we will send another shipment immediately.
Changing your shipping address:
We do not mind changing your shipping address! However, please be aware that once an order has been shipped, we cannot modify the address. It then becomes your responsibility to contact the carrier.
