Return + Shipping Policy
We do not offer returns for our products. If you are unhappy with your product please send us an email and tell us why and we will try to address your concerns as best as possible.
1. Tracking your order: Once you place your order you will receive an email with your tracking.
2. To cancel an order: Contact customer service immediately. If your package has left our warehouse nothing can be done until you receive it.
We take each order seriously and want you to receive your product as soon as possible. For clarity, here is how we process orders and get your order out to you.
Once we have your order in our system we will process it within 24 hours, between Monday and Friday. If you order Friday afternoon we will process it Monday at the latest.
Once processed, your order will be packaged and shipped out to you. Please note processing time is added on top of the estimated delivery time.
Estimated delivery times are only estimates and are not guarantees. If your order does not come within 6 days of your estimated delivery time please contact us.
An average delivery time for standard shipping will take approximately 4-9 days for the United States and longer for international orders. Shipping delays are also being seen due to a high number of shipments during the pandemic.
Once an order leaves our facility we cannot alter the shipment/order in any way.
